Conventional
At Dallas Industries, our “conventional” lines are anything but. That’s because we listen to your objectives in order to provide the right equipment for each application. Using advanced technology, we design, engineer and build each feed line with your needs in mind. With coil weights from 1,500 to 60,000 lbs. and widths up to 84-inches, Dallas Industries can provide a complete line to fit your application, whether that application requires heavy gauge hot rolled steel or thin polished aluminum.

Spacesaver
Is floor space a concern? Then SpaceSaver may be the solution. We have three varieties. BackLoop SpaceSaver. UnderLoop SpaceSaver and LoopSelect SpaceSaver. They are available in coil weights from 10,000 to 60,000 lb. and widths from 12 in. to 72 in. Any SpaceSaver system can be equipped with SyncLoop™ to enhance the loop control.
Cradles
Dallas coil cradle lines can be an excellent choice for safely running thick material. Depending on the style of system, the feed line footprint can also be quite compact. Cradle lines range from 4,000 to 50,000 lbs. capacity and in widths up to 84” wide. Heavy gage and high strength material can be run in these type of lines successfully. Equipped properly, these systems can be used in blanking, progressive die, even transfer applications for standard finish (non-cosmetic) materials.
Cut To Length
Eliminate excess toll processing charges by installing a Dallas Industries’ Cut-To-Length line (CTL). Dallas CTL lines incorporate a Dallas conventional or Space Saver feed line with a hydraulic or mechanical shear. A stacking system can also be added to automate blank stacking and handling. By blanking in-house, our customers can save money on outside toll processing charges. Inventory can be controlled effectively since blanks can be cut to the exact size and quantity needed. Dallas CTL lines can be built in widths from 6” to 72” wide and coil weights from 2,500 Lbs. to 60,000 Lbs. with a wide array of thicknesses and yield strengths able to be run. Options can be added to assist when running cosmetic, non-marking materials as well as adding AutoSet for simple line setup.
